Cystectomy
Cyst is one of the most insidious, sneaking illness capable of causing serious damages. A cyst itself is a continuously growing formula with a connective tissue wall, filled with thin yellow fluid (not purulence). Unfortunately, the continuous growing of cysts leads to the surrounding bones to indulge to continuous pressure and bone-tissues simply start to assimilate, until finally the bone breaks even due to a smallest impact (or even spontaneously!). Teeth, in contrast with bones, cannot assimilate, therefore if a cyst starts pushing it, it lets the force move it to some direction. This causes the teeth to push together without any apparent cause. This phenomena is always caused by a cyst in the background, which must be removed as soon as possible.
As it turns out from the above description, cysts remain invisible for a long time, only their effect is felt, or in a better case it is not felt, either. Therefore, cysts are recognized in most of the cases when an x-ray picture is taken for another cause, and it turns out that besides the planned treatment such an operation is also necessary.
Removal of cysts is a rather delicate job as, if the operation is not perfect, then the cyst will be generated again. Therefore, first the gums, then the bone must be exposed under which the cyst is located. This way the cyst can be dissected out through the bone-hole, which must be removed in one as this way it can be made sure that you get totally rid of it.
Following the treatment regular tooth-brushing is especially important at least three times a day or even more, and the control which is common to leave, but in this case it is inevitable.
